The images in this Gallery were taken on November the 12th 2009 and shows a plant that was taken into one of the greenhouses in order to extend the growing season to the maximum. Naturally the plant did not look at its best in November but we were still harvesting great tomatoes at the begining of December. All in all we could not be more impressed. The final picture shows what its all about......... a slice of wholemeal toast with a spread of mashed avocado, pressed hundreds and thousands on top and a drizzle of olive oil about to go under the grill for a minute or so.............mmmmmm!
