What are the postage costs?
The postage is FREE within the U.K.
Europe is charged at a flat rate of £2.00 per order no matter what size or weight the order is.
We are happy to ship to other countries and ask that you email us for shipping/postal rates.
When shipping outside the E.U. it is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that plant and seed material can be imported before ordering. We take no responsibility for orders that do not pass customs and offer no refunds.
Will my seeds be OK in the post?
Seeds are gently placed in a ziplock jiffy bag to ensure dryness before being placed in the outer envelope for dispatch. Growing tips are included.
When will my seeds arrive?
The majority of seeds are dispatched on the same day. Seeds are posted second class and normally take 2 or 4 days to arrive.
We accept no liability for seeds posted outside of the U.K. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure seed orders comply with country specific regulations.We offer no refund in these instances.
